The Place - if you care

We live in a townhouse now. Here are the basics:
- 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom upstairs
- 2 closets in each bedroom and a linen closet upstairs
- living room, eat in kitchen, half bathroom, laundry room, coat closet downstairs
- 6 townhouses in our row. We are #2.
- We have a garage. It is full of our belongings.
- We have a parking space. It is full of our one car.

All signs point to reasonable neighbors. Our landlord makes me want to cry happy tears, he is so on top of everything.

Joe's favorite thing(s) about our new home:
- that our garage is big enough to store all our things with room to wiggle around
- in a nice neighborhood, close to work (he can bike or walk)
- walking distance to Dairy Queen
Least favorite:
- smaller

Sara's favorite thing(s) about our new home:
- 2 bathrooms!
- having the washer/dryer not in a basement that is dark and scary
- fairytale chirping birds outside my window
- carpets!
- 4 playgrounds in walking distance
Least favorite:
-Yeah, I'll go with "smaller" as well.

Zander's favorite thing(s) about our new home:
- stairs! climbing and sliding down them is fun!
- carpet! less head smacking!
- plastic bath tub! less head smacking!
- CEILING FANS! ONE IN HIS OWN ROOM! IT'S AMAZING!
Least favorite:
- not as much open crawling space (would be my guess)
- windows are too high to look out of and yell at the neighbors.... but he does have a sliding glass door with entertaining blinds, so that's something.
